Training Plan

Attached is my training plan for NYCM from Runner’s World July 2009. How do I run after (pun intended) my missed mileage? I’m three weeks late! Any suggestions?

  1. thanks for the info. might consider this trainning for my next marathon in 2010. you may be 3 weeks late in training but dont worry about it. just adjust the schdule. regards

  2. just follow the plan but cut out one week of each cycle which ends with your recovery week. so instead of having a training cycle of 4 weeks you will only have 3 weeks until you catch up to the plan.
