Looking for a different way to celebrate Father’s Day with your family? Men’s Health gives you a fun and healthy bonding activity as it holds the Men’s Health All-Terrain Race on June 21, 2009 at Sta. Elena, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Now on its fourth year, the Men’s Health All-Terrain Race kicks things up a notch by hitting a trail that has never before been opened to the public, one that was specially developed by Gran Trail cycles and Sta. Elena for Men’s Health to give you and your family the ultimate Men’s Health experience

The Men’s Health All-Terrain Race consists of a trail race and a bike race set on a 15-km course of undulating forest trails, with switchbacks and off-camber turns thrown into the mix to keep racers on their toes. Open to men and women of all ages, participants of the trail race can choose to run 5-km, 10-km, or 15-km, while those competing in the bike race must complete a maximum of three laps.

As one of the most eagerly anticipated races in the country, the Men’s Health All-Terrain Race is the perfect springboard for new runners and riders to test their limits. Find out how you can join the Men’s Health All-Terrain Race by grabbing your copy of the June issue of Men’s Health featuring Geoff Eigenmann on the cover, or by visiting www.menshealth.com.ph

The Men’s Health All-Terrain Race is brought to you by Keen and Nivea for Men, in cooperation with Cherifer Premium and Frenzy.  Special thanks to Nature Valley.
